Each 90 min session begins with a heart to heart connecting conversation followed by a crystal grounding meditation. then together we dive into an hour of deep-rooted remembrance of what our body and souls desire, to be felt and held in safety and love. Our healing approach nurtures both physical and emotional well-being and fosters a safe space for heartfelt interactions.
